Hi, I am Ariana, the Owner of Twinkle Toes™ Nanny Agency, Orlando. I originally grew up in Jacksonville, Florida prior to moving to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida. Leaving behind my friends, family, and babysitting jobs was quite difficult. However, during my freshman year, I was introduced to Kristy and my Twinkle Toes Family. Fast forward to my senior year of college, I took an interest in the business management aspect of the agency and have been in love with it ever since. Today, I own three Twinkle Toes locations and am more than ever passionate about our mission to help nannies and families. Our process is not only easy and convenient, but it takes the stress off both the families and nannies.
My favorite part of my job is that you get to build a relationship with both families and nannies. Building trust is an essential aspect of a successful relationship with our families.
