Hi, I’m Ariana, the Owner of Twinkle Toes™ Nanny Agency of Orlando. I grew up in Jacksonville, Florida before moving to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida, where I quickly learned that leaving behind friends, family, and my beloved babysitting jobs was no small adjustment.

During my freshman year of college, I applied to be a nanny with Twinkle Toes… and yes, I found the position on Craigslist, back when that was still a totally normal thing to do. That little fun fact tends to show my age now, but it also marks the beginning of my journey with the agency. By my senior year, I had developed a strong interest in the business and management side of Twinkle Toes, and I’ve continued to grow alongside the company ever since.

Today, I proudly own three Twinkle Toes locations and am more passionate than ever about our mission to support both families and nannies. Our process is designed to be easy, convenient, and stress-free for everyone involved.

My favorite part of what I do is building meaningful relationships with both families and nannies. Trust is the foundation of everything we do, and creating those long-term, supportive connections is what makes this work so rewarding.
