How it works
Or send an email or shoot us a text. Tell us all about your family.
Twinkle Toes will hand-select a nanny who fits what you're looking for. If we don't already have her on the team, we'll recruit for your family.
Interview the nannies we've sent you until you find the right fit.
We'll handle the boring stuff: scheduling, payroll, agreements, and certifications.
Simple
Meet as many nannies as you like until you find the right fit. You don't pay anything until she actually starts working, and then you only pay for the time you use.

Our story
In 2011, Kristy couldn't find a qualified nanny for her own family unless she paid a $5,000 placement fee, and even then the nanny was only guaranteed for three months. It wasn't a good deal for the family, so she decided to do it differently.
She'd spent ten years working as a nanny before she had children of her own, so she built Twinkle Toes to fix both sides at once: families who get a real person to call when things change, and nannies who are treated like professionals.
Today, Twinkle Toes holds that same standard in every city we serve.
Every location is owner-operated by someone who lives in your community.
One screening standard, one training curriculum, one guarantee.
Fair pay, real benefits, and career paths, because good nannies stay where they're valued.
Free consultation. No obligation. Most families are matched within a week.
