Hello, I’m Carolina and I am the owner of Twinkle Toes™ Nanny Agency, Jacksonville East. I was a Twinkle Toes nanny while pursuing my bachelors at the University of North Florida. I then received my Masters of Education at Boston University and taught elementary special education in Massachusetts for several years. Upon relocating to Florida I was able to rejoin Twinkle Toes in Gainesville as the branch manager and fell in love with the business side of Twinkle Toes™. I love being a liaison for families and ensuring they have the best child care possible.
My favorite part of my job is that you get to build a relationship with both families and nannies. Building trust is an essential aspect of a successful relationship with our families.
