   You share your schedule, priorities, and the little details about your children. Twinkle Toes listens.

   We hand-pick candidates

   From our pre-vetted, background-checked roster we shortlist 2–4 nannies who fit your family. Never a mass send.

3. 03

   You interview

   Meet candidates in your home. We coach you on questions to ask and follow up so you're not doing it alone.

   Trial and match

   A short paid trial makes sure the chemistry is right before anyone commits to a full schedule.

5. 05

   Onboarding

   We handle contracts, W-2/1099 setup, backup coverage plans, and set expectations with your nanny.

   Ongoing support

   Monthly check-ins, backup coverage when your nanny is sick, and a real person to call when something changes.
