We're Stacy and Joe Simerale, proud owners of Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency Cleveland and longtime members of the greater Cleveland community. As parents of three children—from middle school to early adulthood—we've lived the childcare struggle firsthand. We know how stressful it can be to find dependable, high-quality care from people you trust.

Stacy: With more than 25 years in the banking industry, I've spent my career working in the same community where we've raised our family. Building relationships, supporting local families, and being a reliable resource has always been at the heart of what I do. As a mom, I've navigated every stage of childcare, from infants to teenagers, and those experiences shaped my passion for helping other families find care they can count on.

Joe: I've served as a firefighter for 25 years in the same community I grew up in and still call home. My career has been dedicated to helping families during their most challenging moments, and that commitment carries into our work with Twinkle Toes. As our kids grew, we learned how difficult it can be to find childcare that truly fits a family's needs. That's why this mission matters so much to us.

Together, we're here to make childcare easier. Our goal is to provide families across Cleveland and the surrounding communities with trustworthy, high-quality care from caregivers who feel like part of the family. We can't wait to welcome you to the Twinkle Toes family.

Fun facts about us: We met at a grocery store—Stacy was working at the bank inside, and Joe was shopping with the fire department crew. Our oldest son is now a full-time firefighter and paramedic, and Joe gets to work alongside him part-time. As lifelong Clevelanders, we'll admit it… we're Cleveland Browns fans. We're committed, even when it hurts.
